Caesars Palace is one of the city's most recognisable locations.

The resort encapsulated the classic Vegas experience, with luxury living areas and top-notch gaming experiences.

Whether you’re here to hit the tables, see a show, or soak in the history, Caesars remains one of the Strip’s most essential stops.

Here, Travel News Blitz’s Sam Condy reveals how to get the most out of a visit to this Vegas icon.

The Casino Floor

The Casino floor stretches 124,000 square feet, and offers a mix of slot machines, electronic tables, and traditional table top experiences.

Like many of Vegas’ best, the poker room caters to both seasoned veterans and relative beginners, with buy-ins of all manner and a friendly, fun-first atmosphere inside.

The easy access to drinks and services keeps the atmosphere light, with the casino definitely catering more towards the fun-loving gamer over serious gamblers.

However,  VIP areas are available for high rollers, but the general floor is approachable enough for anyone to enjoy.

Sportsbook

The Caesars Race & Sportsbook is legendary, being one of the largest and most atmospheric sportsbooks in Las Vegas.

A giant 138-foot LED video wall takes centre stage, and will show dozens of games and events simultaneously, while comfortable seating makes it easy to relax and spend an afternoon crunching the numbers.

A giant 138-foot LED video wall dominates the room, showing dozens of games at once, from football to horse racing.

Dining options

Caesars Palace is home to some of the Strip’s favourite dining locations.

Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen is a must-visit, while Nobu and Bobby Flay’s Amalfi only add to its incredible culinary reputation.

Quick eats are also easy to come by, with a plethora of burger joints, cafes and buffets making it easy to grab a bite on the go.

Entertainment

Entertainment at Caesars is a huge part of its appeal, with residencies from some of the world’s biggest stars.

The Colosseum has hosted names like Adele, Elton John, and Celine Dion, making it stand out as one of the city’s major music hotspots.

Alongside the headline shows, comedy acts, boxing events, and seasonal performances keep Caesar Palace bouncing all year round.

The Vegas heavyweight sees entertainment as just as important as gaming.

Hotel and Pool

The hotel offers over 3,500 rooms across several towers, with spacious rooms available for all manner of budgets.

All the rooms are designed with Roman grandeur in mind, though a modern twist keeps the resort 21st-century friendly.

The Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis is one of the best on the Strip, with seven distinct pools, cabanas and plenty of space to lounge.

It’s the perfect daytime escape before returning to the casino floor.

Nightlife

Caesars Palace boasts some of the liveliest nightlife on the Strip.

Omnia Nightclub is the standout, with huge DJ residencies, hypnotic light-shows, and a chaotic charm that encapsulates Sin City’s unique charm.

For something more low-key, bars like Montecristo Cigar Bar and Vista Cocktail Lounge offer relaxed but stylish evenings.

As with everything else here, nightlife at Caesars Palace is delivered on a grand scale.
