The ARIA is one of Las Vegas’s newer luxury resorts. The tech-forward Sin City escape is famed for its contemporary design and sleek ambience.

The understated resort appeals to those looking for quiet charm over in-your-face extravagance.

Here, Travel News Blitz’s Sam Condy breaks down what to expect when stepping inside this upscale resort.

The Casino Floor

Spanning 150,00 square feet, the casino floor makes excellent use of its open layout and natural lighting, creating a far calmer and laid-back environment than many of its Strip counterparts.

However, this is Vegas after all, and the ARIA still more than holds its own when compared to the city's top gaming locations.

It hosts a huge variety of table games, with all the classics in abundance, while the poker room has become well-known for its well-run tournaments and friendly environment.

Sportsbook

ARIA’s sportsbook blends large screens, lounge seating and private booths to create a lush and flowing space that caters to all types of bettors.

Like the rest of the Resort, it prioritises a more laid-back feel than its competitors, making it ideal for those who want to get lost in the game without all the added Vegas chaos.

Both staffed and self-service betting options are available, meaning even the most casual of bettors will feel at home.

Dining options

The dining at ARIA does not disappoint. The resort balances modern cuisine with standout signature restaurants.

Carbone is one of the major attractions, serving classic New York-Italian dishes with a theatrical twist.

Meanwhile, Jean Georges Steakhouse serves up a more classic, yet equally world-class eating experience.

The fun doesn’t end there. Din Tai Fung perfects dumplings on the Strip, while Proper Eats serves up quick bites in stylish fashion.

Hotel and Pool

Automated hotel rooms make comfortable living a breeze, with lighting and temperature changeable at the press of a button.

ARIA is careful to make sure it doesn’t stray over the top, and its understated luxury is perfect for those simply wanting a peaceful and pampered stay on the Strip.

Those seeking an upgraded stay can upgrade to the Sky Suites, which include private check-in and separate pool areas.

The pool area is relaxed and well-spaced, with cabanas available for those seeking a more exclusive experience.

Entertainment

Entertrainment here follows a similar suit to the rest of the hotel’s experiences, leaning towards an understated, contemporary style over the flashy, high-energy shows found elsewhere on the strip.

The resort regularly hosts live music, one-off events and art and culture installations.

It’s also within walking distance to many of the Strip’s bigger entertainment venues, making it the perfect HQ for a weekend of show hopping.

Nightlife

While ARIA isn’t known for wild nightlife, its bar scene is strong.

ALIBI Ultra Lounge offers an elegant cocktail environment, while Lift Bar and Baccarat Bar provide quieter spaces for pre-dinner or late-night drinks.

For bigger nights, guests are a short walk from neighbouring clubs at Cosmopolitan or MGM Grand.
